Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are going to be very Paleo and mostly Zone this week.
Since this weekend we are in the Bay Area for the wedding of our good friends (drinking champagne and eating cake!) we will definitely be cleaning up our act when it comes to meals come Monday!
For Breakfast, I’m sticking to the Zone Combos that have been working so far. I made some sweet potato hash before we headed out of town, so that’s what’s on the menu for most of the week!

What’s cooking in your neck of the woods?
Pioneer Woman has a chicken in mustard sauce that looks very similar to the one you’ve linked to. I’ve made it several times, substitute coconut milk for heavy cream (didn’t have any), cut out the white wine and it was AH-MAZINGLY DELISH and under 500 calories for 2 chicken breasts with the sauce. Excellent choice:)
Awesome, I always have coconut milk on hand…maybe I will try that! Good tip!
Looks great – as usual!
I’m so jazzed to be menu planning again. It’s a strange addiction 🙂
Pork chops tonight! Not sure if we’re doing a sauce or anything, but that mustard sauce (chicken) you linked to might be just the ticket.
We’re also doing faux-lafels sometime this week, with a tzaziki-style sauce.
Other than those two, I have NO idea. We have a ton of seafood in the freezer, so probably fish tacos or pasta one night.
Also lots of peppers and leftover steak from last night, so maybe fajitas or quesadillas? Who knows!
