Shop! As usual

*Generally Sunday Lunch is leftovers or brunch and Sunday Dinner is my wild card meal where I can pick up whatever I feel like cooking when I shop. That way I can still be creative and spontaneous in the kitchen at least one day a week!

I’m not entirely sure which four of these five dinners I’m going to pick, but on the meal planning schedule for this week are (1) mini honey mustard meatloves with roasted potatoes and spinach salad, (2) PW’s drip beef sandwiches with sweet potato fries, (3) chicken tortilla soup, (4) Ina Garten’s chicken stew with biscuits, and (5) black bean quesadillas.

Can I just come to your place for dinner every night this week?! (oh wait, I don’t live anywhere near California!)
Because dude, my kitchen is out-o-commission for at least the next week or two, which means we will either be eating out or from the microwave. I can mayyyyybe sneak a crock-pot meal in there somewhere, but I honestly think we won’t even have a kitchen sink. So… don’t tell the Paleo police on us, but we’re going to have to make do for the time being (and it’s killing me inside). 😉

Some personal realizations occur when sitting under a red-tinted hood of heat and wearing enough foils to make contact with an alien mothership.
