Today we are really taking it back to basics. I don’t even really need to show you an inspiration photo, but I kind of like them so indulge me, would ya?

Though just to clarify, it’s not actually Tuesday. It’s Friday. CAN I GET A HELL YEAH???
OK. SO! No inspiration needed, but still fun. I love this blank canvas of an outfit because I have SERIOUS LOVE for my jewelry, shoes and scarves. There is nothing that gets me more excited than accessorizing and the truth is, I’m not savvy enough (YET!) to accessorize more complicated outfits.
One day.
We all need goals, right?

I’m sort of running out of poses, folks. Tyra Banks was right — modeling is not for the faint of heart!
In fact, Miss Jay would probably make a joke about how I look constipated in this one.
But then I would just show him this picture and say, that he looks like he stuck his finger in a light socket.

I am loving this series. It’s a nice reminder that i can apply a leeeeeeeetle bit of effort and it will totally pay out.
It’s funny, that is one of my biggest take aways. Like, how hard is it to throw on earrings, Holly??? It’s not that I have nothing to wear, it’s that I am lazy. Which, is good to note. Then at least I can take ownership instead of blaming my closet haha
Love it *of course* because you’re adorable. I think when the ‘ol thermometer hits 101 degrees today you’ll rethink that cute scarf though!
Word. Luckily I wore this the other day. But truth be told, the scarf didn’t last long. 😉
I love the hot pink shoes, and could definitely find something to wear them with!
Then again, I’m the one who just bought magenta sadals and wore them with my teal tank top. Not my finest moment, to be sure.
If I don’t soon find my red flats I will die. Your pink shoes of awesomeness have nearly done me in.
